This is my first try at animating a person in movement..ive never animated anything except stick figures before and now im moving on to more complex animation..im not very good but im gonna keep practicing

nice attempt since your use to stick figure.. i think you should make the person follow through with the throw abit more. Keep working at it ;)

Very nice for a first attempt.Keep up the good work.As far as animating stick figures go,I like to use them when I want to try different movements as well as fooling around with different timings.That way I don't get cought up with being on model or keeping the characters volume.It lets me focus on movement and timing alone.So I hope you never feel that you can't go back to basics to help advance the abilities you have already.
Hope I'm not coming across as preachy.

Even if you use tweens, try to maintain proportions right.
It'll be lots better.

i agree with the crits so far,really try to exaggerate that throw though,it doesn't look too powerful;)
