Untitled project

Yesterday I decided to start up a project.
I wanted to make an animation for practising purpose.
So I thought it needed a simple storyline, which is usually one of my weakest points, but this time i think i managed (even though it became a bit cliché).

(I can't decide weather the rabbit will be with or without fur, any suggestions)

It's about this rabbit, he sees a leeping bird, and wants to kill it so he can eat it. He then goes of to find something to kill the bird with, he sees a stick on a tree, and he spends a long time getting the stick. so when he finally returns the bird has woken up and left of course.

I hope it will be possible to make such event into an animation.
Im still designing more characters so if it gets finished i can make more episodes, hopefully longer.
And no worries the rabbit will keep the stick :p

The rabbit in The Holy Grail is a normal forrest rabbit. :D
No really this rabbit is like the other animals in the forrest (in my animation project) pretty weird. So far a rabbit and a bird lives there, but if I made up more characters a polar bear and a mentally I'll fox (a dolphin is also in my plans). So it's gonna be pretty weird, at least I'm going to do my very best to make it that way.

Yeah man you're right that would be cool.
But I plan to make it with no voices. So when a character says something it just comes out of their mouth.
e.g. FORK :D

Could be a submerged forest. Or a mangrove swamp at high tide. Or a dolphin in a tank on a flatbed being transported to a dolphinarium. Or a freshwater dolphin in the Amazon...

...or "Dolphin", the superhero, whose high-pitched squeals can illuminate a lightless environment and find villains on the darkest night! Go Dolphin go!

nice nice, but it will probably be the polar bears pet or something like that.
I really don't know yet. But in this animation it will only be the rabbit and the bird. which reminds me. I have to get started. :D

It's pretty tough filling it out.
I finished inbetweening the legs and then I started on the arms. and I realized that making 4 armkeys was wrong so now I'm doing it all over :(

Hi all
I graduated the day before yesterday so from now on I finally have time to work on this.
but I can't get the arm right it's really bugging me
but here's the walkcycle so far

If you have some tips for me concerning the arm of the rabbit please tell me because I've tried a couple of times but all of them seemed wrong.

what arms? i see no arms,or is that line goin down the middle of the bodie his arms?

His having trouble animating the arms. My guess is he wants a subtle movement with the arms and can't figure out a way to animate them in every frame.

Suggestion time.

Try animating on every 2nd frame, August. Let's see what that does.:cool:

my timeline wouldn't make it any better because there's just "keyframes" all over
only place their missing is in the arm layer. :)

Sorry for my lacking updates on this.

But now that I've been working a little on it I thought my characters where too good for a bad story(actually no story at all) so the last couple of days I've been working on new designs and stories. and now I'm working on that instead.

WIP's will still get posted in this thread. so stay tuned.
