Oh my aching brain again! Well, it's getting lonely here in the finished movie thread. *ahem, hint, hint*
So, here's my latest. I ain't winning no awards for technique, but it should bring a chuckle. A few of you may even like the note at the end. It's the closest I was allowed to go. (you'll know what I mean) Anyway, for what it's worth, here it is.

Nice, about time someone pushed something out.
What a bunch of nimrods, lol. Great imagination Vic. I enjoyed the character design the most. they showed more detail then your other animation. I did wish they would be a little more movement to them, but for this sort of animation the motions worked out well. The only crit I have is that it could have mooved a little bit faster.
Cha Ching, 2 Silver Talents have been added to your account.
You have finally got up on the Gold Talent Tier :)
Your currently at 1Gold 1 Silver 4 Copper, your log has been updated http://www.animationforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=631 (http://www.animationforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=631)

I know the end is a bit slow but it was to show a little bit more stupidity in them knobs. Guess I didn't achieve the point. Oh well, gotta get another one going.
Thanks again!:D :D :D :D

Thanks a bunch. Now I'm off to the coin dealer to see if that gold talent point is genuine. In my case, it could be fool's gold!:D ;)

Vic,
I assume the following:
Windows xp and Wacom.
Could you tell me what you use?
Windows, mac, Wacom, mouse, scanner, etc.
Thx!

I have both a Wacom and a Manhattan Delux Tablet. I do most of my stuff on the Manhattan. It may not be a brand name but it has twice the pressure sensativity that my Wacom does for half the price. The only problem with the Manhattan is that they do require a battery and their USB wires suck ass. I had to cut mine and replace it with a heavy duty one.

I was going to ask about that, glad you brought that up. First, my tablet is the same. (second one on the tablet site link) Secondly, the stylus battery is still the original and haven't replaced it yet.:) Third, I've noticed just lately that certain spots on the tablet seem to be acting up. That is, when I draw a line or curve on a certain part of the tablet face, I tend to get a wobbly line. I thought I was getting Parkinsons.
Did you experience any of these symptoms Greg? What issues did you have with the cord? Maybe that's what's causing my problem????
Oh, I use WinXP, the Manhatten tablet with stylus and I never use my scanner. My laptop is a Toshiba A60. I'll upgrade to a Mac when the lottery gods permit. I draw out everything first on a seperate "sketch" layer, like Cartuneman does on paper. I even use blue to sketch.:D

To answer your question regarding the Manhattan. If your tablet has that skinny white/silvery usb cord, you will run into trouble. The cord has a real good chance of starting to break due to tablet movement. In my case it just stopped working completely. And it popped in the place right where it goes inside the tablet. I took it apart, thinking there would be some crazy contraptions and it's built so simply inside. The only electronics are in this box the size of a kit kat bar, the rest is a detection film strip. Now if this film strim moves off of it's holders you will experiance weird lines. That may be the problem that your having. But it woul happen all the time and not just occasionaly.

Vic,
I just thought about something.
When "ThaBomb" used your cartoons, was the Vic Perry preloader still there?
Meaning, was the face of you (I assume) there before each cartoon loaded?

Thanks Greg for the info. I'll be keeping a very close eye on my tablet. I can't afford to lose it as I've grown closer to it that any previous women.;) :D (a couple were just as flat too)
Pcdoctor, I entered a comedy contest online once and submitted a routine of various voices. Didn't win though. I can ramble off most of the characters in the Looney tunes and Simpsons. What does that got to do with anything??? Not a friggin' clue? ( I hear ya guys....sure he can, we've heard all his demos:mad:  )
Anyway, yeah, Thabomb used my logo too. He figured nobody would argue if it looked like him or not. I'd like to take A Bomb and shove it right up his................(contents deleted due to obscenities) :D
