well,this is what all of our artists use, it takes alot of experimenting.
I dont know if anybody has ever done it this way before or not. if so,then i would love to talk to that person. anyways. on to the instructions.
1.go to www.tucows.com and go under windows. find text 2 speach and download speach synthesizer 5.0.
2. then type your diolog into it one person speaking at a time. then save to a folder that can be used for cartoon sounds (i recomment making a new folder) then after you save MAKE SURE YOU PRESS RECORD ,THAT IT VITAL
3.open paint and draw your cartoon frame by frame. its easy to use one frame with the persons mouth open when he talks. dont try and make his mouth move cause it wont move fast enough.
NOTE** when you draw a frame same it by a name like cartoon1 then leave it open (dont press new) and then make your next movement and then press "save as" and lable i cartoon2 ext.
4.after you have all your frames and sounds. open windows movie maker.and import all cartoon pics and sounds and size them so they all fit togeather.
NOTE** : to add sound effects just serch free sound effects on google.
5. after your cartoon is composed. press "save to my computer" on the side menu of windows movie maker. then you wait......
after it is uploaded onto your videos. you can then go to yutube.com and upload it onto there. or if you do not have a youtube account or your video or cartoon is more than 10 minutes long send it to me at angelofdeath40@excite.com

also,i found out that you can right click your frame and press "add video effects" and then add speed up double,the more times you add that the faster the frame will go by.
