Haha, so the plot thickens???? I can;t wait to see more, the new characters look very interesting. I especially like the background art for the room the older lady works out of. It had a nice perspective to it and hella detail.

Nubian already awarded you the 2 Silver and rightly so. You've now also been placed on our features. Congratulations.

It's unusual to see such attention to detail. For example, the characters have jaws that move up and down as they speak, Not just a bunch of different mouth shapes pasted onto a static head.

Beautiful use of color. well thought-out camera angles and composition. clever story, etc.. I could go on.

I don't really consider that as "attention to detail" as much as I consider it a "necesarry element to making the animation the least bit believable". It seriously annoys the HELL out of me when people paste a mouth on top of a chin and animate it expecting ME to ignore all of the laws of facial anatomy. The only exceptions would maybe be characters who have no real jaw, like the simpsons for instance. Family guy has a nice loophole to this rule aswell, just opting to make the chin's position on the face ambiguous or just attaching it to the mouth and getting rid of the neck.

But yeah, your animations are superb and on a level wich I want to aspire to someday. (if more people animated in flash like you guys, flash would have a WAY better reputation than it does now)

yeh i agree, i don't really consider it *attention to detail* as to actually animating which is happening less and less in todays stuff.just a bunch of stiff cardboard characters with different mouths.

anyway, don't want to throw off the topic,me wants mores!!

thank you all for your comments, its nice to see people who appreciatte the hard work put into these shorts. Im currently finnishing up part 3 which should be done in 6 more days (animation wise) then music and sound effects should take about a week. So look for part 3 in the follwing weeks!

well it used to take me longer when I would work on my toons after work, at nights, but now that I'm working on them full time it takes about 4 to 5 weeks.

it also depends on the episode. I have a feeling episodes 5 and 6 are going to take much much longer because they get pretty crazy. By crazy I mean lots of action and lots of creatures.
