ther is this one cartoon they took out a complete episode cause hitler was in it, or when some anime gets here they took out blood, bad language or nudity

True they were cowardly but history has shown other things being censored by the law for moral reasons. Just cuz it stopped short of that here doesn't mean it wouldn't have happened.
