Example: "Jill bit the Golden Apple and turned into a 3 legged snake"

Task1: Create a 60 second animation of a character transformation. The Animation can be shorter but should not be any longer then 60 seconds. Use any tools at your disposal (Digital or Traditional) and be creative.

GUIDELINES:
No longer than 60 seconds
Minimum frame rate of 12 fps
Maximum frame rate of 24 fps
Please try to avoid tweens
Contest ends November 1st, 2006

I finally started this, made some concept art yesterday.
I've got a pretty clear vision of the things, and I'll start doing the animatics today.
