Flash to AVI

So I never had any problems exporting Flash to AVI or Quicktime, but all of a sudden I can't. I either get a message regarding a decoder in AVI (I have WMP set to download codecs automatically), a message that a QT component can't be found. Any ideas? This never happened before a few days ago and I haven't really changed too many settings that I can imagine would affect QT or AVI.

I've never exported my stuff, but give me a while with google and I bet I can figure out a solution. Check back later.

are you using any filters? i had that problem with the first flash mx when trying to export .mov

i never really exported .avi cause it would not show my movieclip animations

I'm the same, always been faced with the nightmare of not having movieclips exported correctly, BUT.... if you get it as an swf as you want it, then use Flashants Swf2Video you shouldn't have any problems.

I used it recently and after tweaking the options around a load i got it exactly how i wanted it.

well i was able to use it too, and i made one of my toons to avi and put it on dvd and watched my cartoon on tv, it was pretty cool to see that
