photoshop animation tutorials

Hi guys i was looking on google and came across this i dont though if the tutorials are any good or not but i guess its worth a look.

I think Photoshop is best for full digital character animation cause its real responsive and draws semi naturally compared to all those vector programs where you use a horrible ink brush that erases like a white board marker. And then its easy not to render the characters in flat colors, you can do anything.
