Screen Recording.

Does anyone know of any software that allows you to set a frame on your screen to record the activity in that area ?

I've found super screen recorder but that doesn't work too well.

I use easy video capture http://www.video-capture.info/ it doesnt have a great quality videocodec but I use the defaul microsoft codec for my videos. It has a frame rate option.
