Breaking sound down in Soundforge?

Howdy. I'm having to break down a sound sequence for a bit of classical; but I'm just not sure how to set up Soundforge to translate to the right numerics. I should be breaking it down at 24 fps, so how can I get Soundforge to display at absolute frames?

I know I'm not saying it right, Soundforge aint my thing :P Hopefully someone knows how to set it up though:Blahblahb

Hi there,

If you go to the grey area just above where the wave form is in sound forge and right click it will give you the option to display in absolute frames.
