im trying to make my short animation very basic into gif but it comes out so bad quality anyway to fix this? thanks josh

oh yeh and is there any software that is good to do it instead of using flash?>

export the images individually and if you got it, either fireworks or i believe photshop cs has some magic pizes in it for gifs now

i got photoshop but can photoshop import swf?

Hey Josh,

This is a puzzle I'm working on, too. I know how to create GIFs in Photoshop, but I want to create smooth animated pieces for banners in Flash and import them to GIFs. I tried Magic Swf2Gif (http://www.gold-software.com/download912.html), but the results were larger in memory size than I wanted them to be by almost 1000%. I'm looking for a way to, what's the word I'm looking for? Streamline? Yeah, I'm looking for a way to streamline them so that the GIFs are smaller than 100kbs.

If I figure it out, I'll let you know.
