Hi! I have searched around some for any kind of background tutorial/book or dvd..
But didnt find anything at all.. Do any of you know if there is anything on doing backgrounds for animations(or games etc) from planing to coloring it.
Except the perspective tutprials which you can find plenty of, Anything at all?
Maybe there is some DVD-bonus on any of the animated-movies where they show some?

Also, check out John K's Blog (http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com). He has many posts concerning backgrounds and some nice interviews with some of the older (amazing) background artists.

Warning, avoid this guy like the plague, I know several people who have sent him money for materials and never received anything including no refunds or explanations. He gives Internet sellers a "bad" name. So be warned.

Hmm... I've heard that from someone myself. Never had any trouble with mine though. It was a couple of years ago and I got it quick smart. I wonder what could have happened.

Thanks for the tips. To bad he got a bad reputation, dont know if you should "risk" it.. And it seems to be selfpublished - Anyone seen any shop or store selling it?(online).
