I've just been told I may have an interview for a animation position on a TV series...but the character animation in done in After Effects of all things, and I have 0% experience in the program. Anyone know of any tutorials online for character animation in After Effects?

I have little experience with AE except stringing films together, but just wanted to wish you luck :)
You could try the tutorial/help files in the program, they're a good start. And also if you can get your hands on any stuff from Lynda.com (http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modListing.asp?pid=4) - they're also good.
