knocked on your arse

I have to do a short animation for class. the first part of my concept includes a human figure, very plain mostly a silhouete, knocked on his butt. he is tossed from some sort of doorway. it has to look like he was purposefully tossed from the doorway. i want it to look realistic and nice. any tips other than throwing one of my friends out of a door way and taping it? thats all i can come up with.

I guess the timing of the frames is key. when I was reading ASK, it showed some type of creature (can't remember what) getting tossed at a tree. The misplacements of keyframes made the same animation look totaly different. So m advice is to play ouround with your frames and get some good speed in there.
