Does anyone have Project DogWaffle and MS Paint?
I do. I use MS Paint to create my characters and to color them while
I use PDW to do my backgrounds and effects. Yes you can create animations on PDW but did you know that you can do animations on MS Paint?
First you need MS Paint and Windows Movie Maker. On MS Paint you make the pic slides and inport them into WMM and change the time. I'll
try to post a animation on Monday. Alright?

It’s a great way to get started, but, it takes a ton of time and the quality isn't that great. I just completed my first cartoon using Flash. It should be on that youtube channel in about 48hours. Huge difference. It is easy to use and looks much better.

MS paint is pretty limited. You should download Paint.Net it is free and really adds a lot of features like the ability to work in layers and blend. Give it a try.
