i'm indonesian, i had an animation studio named Javalight Animation.
Established since 2002 in Jogjakarta City.

Low on Payment? Can you be more specific?

I remember chatting with a couple of Indian studios who had similar "cost effective" advertising, but when they actually gave a rate, it was around
400+ USD...per SECOND!

It's nice to know that there is quality overseas animation, but can such rates be fulfilled by producers or directors who don't work for large-budget companies like Disney or Warner Brothers who can more than afford to do animation overseas in Korea and Japan?
