Soft shading technique?

Hi ,does any one know how to do the soft shading technique used in Disney and Dreamworks 2D animation films? I want to do that technique in photoshop 7.0. Thanks.

Winzip, Winrar and Winace are very safe from my personal experiance.

Alright :D I finally downloaded the video! :D Yea it includes the coloring lines and disney style coloring. :)
