Charlotte Grove is a mysterious woman,with an itch for money,and an eye for fashion.She loves wearing her evening dresses and enjoys her wine.Dark hair,short haircut (think Uma Thurman in pulp fiction for hair reference) and dark eyes are her main features.She has allot of confidence and won't hesitate to steal your wallet.

I liked it,it was fairly simply,but it worked.I Looking more at shapes more that looks.The choices show good designing skills and a nice silhouette.I see signs of a great designer,keep at it man.

don't really have a crit on the design,except she doesn't have a short haircut :p but i'm a bit confused about her lightsources the legs and dress suggest its coming from the left,but her face doesn't.

Maybe you should also study the planes of the face too,it doesn't feel 3d,beware of white highlights too :blink:

Nice sketch Terro. I believe your illumination works well. We almost think, when draw or paint, in only unique source of light (generally the sun), and almost we forgot the radiance of the light (and oclusion of the light) and other sources of it(artificial light, bounce ligth). Your painting gives me the sensation of the chick in a room and she near a window or open door. (I dont know if you have in mind this when paint the girl. Obviously not because your reference :D). Perhaps, without a background, the illumination of your painting "sounds" confuse, but with only the chick and her illumination you could give me the sensation of a room! :D Nice work!
I agree with Noob about the face ( check the eyes :D)

Terro, also make shure her lip matches the face perspective so it looks like a part of her face. it's too horizontal right now compared to her face.
Ben: Maybe you've noticed it allready, but she has a very long right upper arm and a forearm attached to it that seems too short. Still a very nice entry though=D

I like the concept, I definitely have a badass chick with a leather jacket & a skirt in my head (but who doesn't). But I don't know, it got too stiff looking as I tried to tighten it up. And no matter what I do it seems like I can get some depth in my rough sketches, but I always feel like I loose it in the final drawing. I guess I need to draw more :)
