Exporting via Render Queue

Hey.

I tried to export a simple animation made with After Effects CS3. I clicked on 'Composition' -> Make Movie. Then I just pressed 'Render' without changing any settings. Now I tried to view my .avi file, but the animation was like half of it on the otherside and half on the otherside of the screen. And it was streched weirdly. What's the problem here?

Wish I could help you out but I'm still not that familiar with AE. It sounds like a problem could be with the codec being used to write the AVI. Take an hour and try to familiarize yourself with the render settings, try different options out because the problem lie there.

I know it's not much help but it's the best advice I can offer, maybe some one else with more AE experience will chime in.

I've done this already. Pretty much all settings tried out. Works fine, if I render with the same settings but different project. I thought it could have something to do with the Composition Settings.
