Band is needed of qualitative but not complicated 2d animation for 3 min music video. The song is not with serious context so the plot should be funny.The important that main comic character(girl) may appear in other animated videos of the band, so it shoul be bright and remembered. Video is needed for commercial use,TV broadcasting
