I went to my congregation on Sunday, and afterwards spoke with a lady. After giving her my business card, she noticed that I'm an animator, as it says on the card. Anyway, she said that I should make up some characters to get kids interested and/or involved (I don't remember which) in Environmentalism.

So that's a major project I want to undertake. No particular deadline (which may be a bad thing ;) if you know what I mean). But there's a problem with it. Who knows what it would take to get their attention, and be able to get a good message across? I was thinking of targeting children ages 4 or 6 through 12.

If anyone has information, or would like to contribute to this, let's hear it.

Sounds interesting, and that's a pretty large age group to target. Maybe knock it down to ten and it'll be a little easier on you.

Why not just make a cartoon? Something simple and not lame/explanatory. For example, don't have characters stopping to explain that the earth is fragile, include it in the storyline.

That's really all the advice I have.
