Very useful new site!

Hi guys,

Since this is a forum for discussing sounds for animations I thought I would tell you about soundsnap.com. It is an online platform for finding and sharing free sound effects and loops- legally! I guess it can be seen as a sort of Youtube for sounds - the only difference is that the sounds are always of professional quality.

Check it out because:
- It has over 30.000 sounds
- It has a very user-friendly interface
- Its FREE!

I myself have found it very useful in the past, so I hope this helps you out. Do let your friends know about it as well.

Wow, I really mean, wow! That site is amazing.

It has a enough amount of useful sounds, it is great quality - Ive checked some of them and all is 44100 kHz, and best of all, its all free! Im chocked!

I woulnt even have dreamed of a site like this. Thanks so much for sharing it!

Not to throw a rock in any body's excitement about this site, but I recognized sounds that were from movies and such. It's kind of funny to mention youtube, (a lot of videos with questionable legality.)

I'm not going to condemn the use of this site of course, but if you need legal sound effects, you should be very careful of what sounds you specifically use.
