Need help with squid animation

Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone could help me animate my logo which is a squid.
All there is, is that the arms need to be moving slightly, so it looks like the squid is in water, just kinda floating.

I have the logo as an illustrator file (vector), and the idea is to make it a flash animation somehow - doesnt matter if you don't animate in flash, it just needs to have an alpha or black background.

If any of you are up for it I will send you the files.

far as I can tell the photo is marked private. Either make it public or post the image here. I might be interested & I'm sure you'll get more interest if people can see it :)

nice, so only the tentacles need to move? Anything with the skull going on or will it remain still?
