Hi,
I find this little thing in flash that when I zoom in my paint brush line goes smaller.I think its something to do with the pressure setting.Any tips on how to change this or make things easy.I could just not zoom in, but then I cant get detail in my animations.

Thanks

Luke

Welcome to AF Luke. As far as the Flash brush goeas, everytime you xoom in some, you will have to get used t switching to a larger brush or you'll get that nasty effect.

Thanks for the help! I tried changing the size of the brush, if you make it bigger by 2 it becomes the same size. Thanks so much its made things better for me! just got to get used to it now.

thanks for the tutorials, i was also wondering how you would animate the mouths of animated characters. How do you guys move their mouths? Im just wondering, because I know some people who draw it on each frame, and I know some other animators who move it. It would be a help if you guys can help me out a little just by recommending a way, or just telling me how you guys make it.
Thanks

it depends what ur goin for,if ur goin for realistic disney style animation,u'd have to animate the mouth frame by frame to get it smooth, another example of that would be the simpsons.i prefer this way.

Or u can just make sets of mouth symbols in flash, and just keep using them with tweens, then u'll get the powerpuff girls/dexter type of mouths.

the technical term for animating mouths to voices is called *lip sync* by the way.
