Okay, i need suggestions very bad.
Do you guys know of ANY animation software that is similar to flash for any price $100 or lower?
I CANNOT afford ANY OTHER program out there, There is no way i can get $400 off of $10 a week. I can barely wait to save up $150.
Flash itself is great, but still complicated. Theres a lot of things i need to learn in it, but it might take awhile. The problem is, I CAN'T GET 500 #%*)&!$ DOLLARS.
I can make those animations where i make and save like 300 frames and then animate them. Not good enough.
So is there ANY program similar to Flash where i can make animations and also insert buttons, etc., that i can get for at least something $150 or under?

Look in the toolbox for animation programs (link at top of page). Great resource.
Kdog just posted a thread this morning about a new $30 program from ToonBoom. Might wanna look at that, too.
Monkyjam and Plastic Animation Paper offer free solutions.
Besides that, sit back and be patient. It's only been a day... :D

sorry, and thanks
I didnt even notice that toolbox until you guys told me
patience, young jedi... :)
I'm guessing you're young, based on the income you've mentioned. I'm not sure how young, so I guess that might make a difference on what program I'd recommend. As Moose mentioned I posted about a new toon boom program for kids that goes for $30. If that is too basic for you (which I suspect it might be) then you might want to look at Toon Boom Express. It is a trimmed down versioni of Studio & goes for about $99.
It has some limitations compared to the full program of course, but it is certainly capable of producing a fine animation. Also, you could start saving again & upgrade to the full version when you can afford it. Hope that gives you some ideas.

Try Pivot, its really easy, simple, its FREE, and its brilliant for beginners (If you are a beginner anyway)
If you want to try it out, go to google and search for 'Pivot Beta 3' (Its beta so it may contain viruses, however I didnt get any, Trust me on that)
you want the pivot from filefront.com
you can animate stickfigures and sprites in backgrounds frame by frame. Its the best freebee stuff out there.
