Hello everyone:
It would be in order for TBS to have a blur effect, given that other crappier programs have it. So, if you are a Toon Boom Studio user and you agree with that thought, please post a message in THIS THREAD (http://www.toonboom.com/support/forums/toonBoomStudio/index.php?board=2;action=display;threadid=3387) supporting this idea. If enough people demand it, it might find its way inside the development lab. Happy animating.
