Wow, that was pretty amazing, I must say. Great work. I especially like the detail you put into the destruction of the purple tower. All that glass and concrete pieces fell very realisticly.
If you don't mind me asking, was this done at 24 FPS?

haha thnks, it was done in 12fps
actually kayoto, it's mine. I used flash5, just a lot of frames and transparent stuff, tricks to make things look faster like taking out lines or adding speed movement. It's just a lot of frame by frame, time consuming work, that I've studied in my own time on real cartoons. Not sure what else to say

Hey neverm0re - I just had a chat with Noob! at MSN and he told me it's not his animation, I didn't notice the username... sorry about that....
I just must say it's so cool man, you did a great job !
I guess I didn't understand because of my bad English sorry about it.
but I really LOVE what I saw it's so smooth.. not a regular flash like, and it looks so smooth compare to 12fps ! (I'm working with 25 fps, since I create for PAL most of the time witch is 25 fps and 720x576 resolution <== it's the best way to convert into almost ANY broadcast quality.
if you decide to work with 24/25 fps you just can work on "TWOS" it's like 24 : 2 = 12 ...you get the same result but you will have more power to get FAST Frame effects as involve with and not only "TWOS" ...just recommend it :)
I highly suggest you to work on specific type if you want to use it on any Broadcast quality, you may choose from many ways, but try go with Film quality.
Amazing Job you did !
I would LOVE to see more of your animations, work in progress, and anything else.
Keep up the good working !

much agreed! ,
Matt if u wanna make stuff for tv *which i know u do* u HAVE to go up to at least 24fps,otherwise they won't accept it,and its best u get used to it now.

It's a lot of work though, I have tons of it anyways. Animation places would still take you in, they do look at imagination more than anything, even over marks i'm told.
Dang that was nice. Excellent job with the fight scene at the end. I saw another movie like this before earlier this year. I'm guessing that you guys had the assignment to make an animation using the Powerpuff Girls characters and some sound samples. The one I saw was submitted to Newgrounds. People were a little confused by the movie. :P

Nah we had to just make a simple animation with known characters, i went too far, haha, but ya. the sounds were capped off tv. It's on newgrounds now under me, before it was under some guy who stole the animations off my deviantart account, then everyone got confused and didn't know who actually made them
