what do you mean by lip syncing software O_o? I wouldn't trust such a thing if there was one ;_:. Teach yourself to do it like anything else :p there's no magic button he he.

I think the result gets far better if you do it by hand, but here are a few free lipsync tools you can use if you want to.
Papagayo (http://www.lostmarble.com/papagayo/index.shtml) is a free tool from Lost Marble, it's mainly intended for use with Lost Marbles animation tool Moho, but I think you can use it for other purposes as well.
JLipSync (http://jlipsync.sourceforge.net/) is a great little tool for manually doing audiobreakdowns, requires Java.
Magpie (http://www.thirdwishsoftware.com/magpie.html), got nothing much to say about this, tried it for 5 minutes and uninstalled. There is however a pro version which is a lot more recent and probably works well, but thats 250$...
Pamela (http://www-personal.monash.edu.au/~myless/catnap/pamela/) I don't have much to say about this except that its free.

while there are a bunch of them Lipsync MX comes to mind, id say you couldnt find a better tool than Flash. especially if you put in a little bit of effort you can get some fantastic results.
