Somme programme forgot what tho???

Hi

i have seen and used a programme on the internet where you just simply type in what you want saying and it reads it out for you, but i carnt rember what it is what i will then do is use other programmes too change it so it will fit really good please can you tell me whats the name of this thing or was it just me dreaming it up??
