i work out of my home studio [fine art/animation/illustration] and kick out shorts whenever i can. i carry a notebook with me everyday and i usually jot down 3-5ish ideas for shorts. some become animations, some become parts/dialogue of animations, some just get flushed. im going to try to start kicking out 1-3 a month depending on work schedule and fine art commission work. currently, im starting to get involved with a group of short film makers who want to do sketch comedy work that will involve me as well as my toon work. animation is the hobby that will hopefully find its way to career.

I should start carrying a notebook around. Ideas usually struck me when least expected and it's great to have a brainfart pad with you.

But what about the actual animating process?
