I like it... In fact, I love it. But things seem to be a little off... specifically his head, it's not well... between his shoulders, looks more like it's sticking our of his chest, which works for the pose, but boy if that lil' bastard tried to sneak a kiss from a maiden.. well, he gunna have a red handprint on his face methinks. And the shield sudden curves on the far side by the spike, but theres no indication of it on the side closest to us. That's all I have to say :D.

kiwi,watch ur colour pallete,its all over the place at the moment,you have a nice brown orangy theme going on there and the blue just clashes and brings the whole thing down,u can still use blue but go go for a less saturated one,make it closer to purple.

also try to work on a more dynamic pose,your character is looking a tad stiff.

A softer fade to the bright blue maybe but I like having the blue in the middle. Really hot fire.
