yea munch, every computer has a specific IP address that identifies it on the internet, such as an address for a house identifies a house in a neighborhood.

Now since every computer has a specific one that no one else has Kave requested that his personal computer (PC) ip addy be blocked so from that specific PC, he cannot access these forums

But, ofcourse he can get on it on any other computer besides his PC (which was blocked)
