Ok here is an Idea I had for a pitch a couple of years ago. I'd love to try to breath life back into these guys and re do them any suggestions besides the obvious?

Short sanopsis: These kids are all super heros.. their hero counter parts are comic characters that they have drawn and posess the powers that are the greater part of themselves.

The synopsis sounds sort of cliché... But if you find something new to add to the genre then go ahead.

I suggest you to break the stereotypes... like, don't give the smart kid glasses. :D

First, I think they should just draw a whole new set of antagonists and throw them into the Roosterpoot thread.:D

No, but seriously bud, with all the kids you have around you, I'd cut them off on the way to the fridge and ask what they think. Kids who watch that kind of stuff have got some pretty clever imaginations.

P.S. They should own a little pissed off blue dog.

Ya know Vic,

You'd think with all the kids I have they would have good Ideas hahahaha the only thing they want from me is can I help them with there school project or my Five year old wants me to draw him yugio characters or my daughters want me to draw them horses or kitty cats. Oh and we do own a pissed off dog....he may not be blue but every time you go to feed him he growls and snaps at you.....I gaurentee if he keeps it up much longer he will be blue and 6 feet under. ha
To tell the truth a group of antagonist from "Roosterpoot" aint a bad Idea after all. (I'll be in my lab brewing something up for the next few days.......Muahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa):Xead:

Oh the elephant...the kid with glasses was just the annoying lil brother the smart one is the black kid. and the white kid is just hung up emotionally on the girl. ha fooled you huh?

The two on the left, the boy n girl, look too old. The two on the right look alright in terms of age- but to be honest their faces are indistinct from each other. Costumes are great tho.

As for the idea, it's really not my genre. I will say it sounds familiar- it all rides on the superhero alter-egos. Those should be rockin'

You are just assuming he's the smart kid. I mean, what attribute other than the glasses gives the impression that he's smart? (Also, what kind of smart kid rides a skateboard?) Maybe he did break the stereotypes, but you are just so in tune with stereotypes you defined the characters by them!

As for my impression of the peice, the gradient background is rather painful to look at, and the text below is hard to read due to lack of contrast (although maybe it's better that way. I mean "Super Hero extreme"? Come on)

The drawings aren't bad though, and I love the outfit designs. Unique but simple.

To the delight of scateboarders everywhere, whom you just called stupid :)

In defense of that assumption, he's certainly not the burly brawler- OR IS HE? We haven't seen the heros they made...
