where can i find those tools ?if you are still on Mirage, the "B.P.C." should be accessible in the Bauhaus's sharing content,
if you have jumped to the last generation, TVPaintAnimation has embedded a "Sketch panel" which does the same, and abit more ...
and how i add frame ?
and last question ,how do i select color to my brush or pencil?to add a frame, 1rst, you should be on an animlayer, then right-click below the frame (in the timeline window)
and choose in the popup menu "insert frame",
or in TVPA, use the "Add Frame" button in the Animator Panel,

to choose a new color, left-click on the "A color" gadget, (left-down corner of the main panel), the A color is the one in the middle round, then click again on the choosen color, in the palette window, or wherever else in your project,
or (TVPA only) use the "pipette" to do the same thing.
