Toon Boom Animation on Friday released its entry-level animation tool, Toon Boom Studio Express V3, for Intel-based Macs. Toon Boom is an animation software package designed for individuals who want a digital workflow to manage drawing, lip-syncing to animation, setting up action in a 3D space and publishing content to different media like TV and the Web. The new version is a free download for existing customers.
