Wow I was diggin through some old boxes and found a bunch of old scene roughs for a kids vid. I did years back. I also struck gold !!! I found a few copies of the video and have it over to a friends who said he can put the animation parts on a CD for me so I can post some of it up in here. So everyone can finally see what sort of an animator I was or am lol hope you enjoy these ole roughs.

well, Terro,

These scenes where boxed away like most of my past but when I origanilly drew them they where from my head. I've travelled some of my life when I worked for the movie studios and remember some of the sites and drew from that. I don't have a photgraphic memory by no means but have trained my brain to capture the essence of everything I see. just ask me to draw something and i can get close without ever researching a pic. Stupid huh?

Hahaha Noob,

In due time my freind in due time. My friend that is takeing the video and turning it into a CD for me said it would be a few days.
Oh Vic, It's an amazing story I've survived this long in life with 10 kids and 3 x-wives.
Terro, in answer to your question? I did work for the motion picture studios and even a few animation studios for a while in my past. Lets just say I've tried most every aspect of 2D animation but my niche is Character design and storyboarding.

WOW, Cart! You are quite a talent. And very prolific! Do you still do work at the studios? If you are truly self-taught you are quite a teacher!!!

hahahaha Pixel,

Yes Very prolific......it's funny people ask me if i know what caused that and my useual reply is "yup! I'm just good at it I guess". As far as me being a teacher the first thing I would tell anyone is don't do what i did. It's a rough road to hoe. From time to time i still do a little stuff such as storyboarding but as character design.....nope my style went to the wayside when Anima came to town. I've struggled with that ever sence then. I just hope that I'm not to late in life to learn new tricks (the computer) You young guys are so lucky to have this medium at your finger tips and the whole world to explore with it. You might say I'm a dabbeler now and am satisfied to sit and look and be amazed at all you fine artist that grace this Forum.
