Moving object without affecting tweens

New to this forum, so hi all!

Im a noob at flashing and there is something that is really bugging me.
Is it possbile to move objects without it affecting tweens?

Ive searched around the net for an answer, but I cant get it to work.
I read something about "Edit multiple frames", but it wont let me select my objects.

Im sure there is an easy way to solve this :)

Every 'object' - (convert them to movieclips) - has to be on a separate layer.

If it's not a movieclip, the motion tween will not work properly and will automatically make your object into a graphic - becomes hard to work with in large projects if you want to go back & add or change things.

If you want, upload the .fla to a file share site & I'll check it out for you :)
