Ive got some questions on my mind and i just thought i'd ask you guys to see if you know:

1. What FPS are most animated T.V shows.
2.What paintbrushes should I be using when drawing realistically with Photoshop or Corel Painter.
3. How do you make the proportions of the human body look right?
4.And one question for cartuneman....How the heck did you get to be so amazing at drawing cartoons?

1. 24-25 fps (although TV animators often work on 'twos' skipping a frame resulting in animation that's 12 fps. Hell, sometimes they switch back and forth between 12 and 24 within the same animation! Or even going on threes! I'm sure other people here know a lot more about it than I do though.)
2. I wouldn't know much about it, but I'm pretty sure it more or less depends on the subject matter you are trying to render realisitcally. Seems like the kind of thing that comes with experience in drawing lots of realistic things.
3. Draw lots and lots of humans. (drawing them from real life helps the best though)
4. I could try to answer this, but you adressed Cartuneman specifically. :p
(I think he answers it in one of his older topics)

Well sir,

Hummmmmmmmmm? Never thought myself or my talents to be amazing hahahahahah I'll try to answer this humbely.

Draw everyday no matter what. Trane your minds eye to capture everything you see. Read everything you can about what you wanna do with your art. Look at other artist and see how they draw.(and use what you see) Work with your eye hand quoridination. Don't ever be afraid of trying anything with your art. Never say I can't! Always ask questions, and the most important thing about learning how to be a good artist is.....................Learn how to accept critisizems and use critiques as a tool to better yourself.

Oh one other thing...................You know that little demon thing we carry on our shoulders as artist and never really like talking about?

It's called Vanity,

Throw it out the window, be happy with who you are and what you are able to do different with your talents everyday and then one day you'll be setting and looking at a piece of art that you just completed and say............

WOW, I did that?!

Cartuneman, you're an insperation to us all! That's the best advice i've ever heard online.

25 fps is industry standard, but I hear some studios are experiemnting with new formats (god knows why, everything i've seen above that looks horrible).

Experiment with different brushes, look at what other people you like are doing. I'd strongly advice starting with a real one though.

The trick most people use for human proportions is using the head as a measuring tool. So if 1 head is this big, then a arm is two and a half heads long (use your pencil and thumb to measure) etc.

listen to cartuneman he knows what he's talking about.
