Not really looking for C+C on the flag as I don't normally do stop motion but if anyone knows why the ball is clunky do tell.

the ball doesn't sqaush or stretch thats why its clunky.

thats why it would have probably been better to do some 2d practice first to learn what happens in each frame.

I disagree. The ball looks pretty natural to me, it's the flag that looks a little clunky, but like you said It's stop motion, something I have no experiance with but always enjoy viewing.

It has that Tim Burton look to it.

thx guys. yah the ball might benefit from squashin' but i did it with a dime. i played with using nickles and quarters to make it roll toward the camera, which looked alright but was extraneous.

and the flag's just good fun :D
