sorry dude, didn't see you post... too many frickin Mickeys!!!!

oh and sorry, my scaner is having a 70's acid moment...

firstly I didn't want to redraw it because seeing your lines and my lines you can see where I've added to.
I buldged out the face to give depth and the head also is in front of the shoulders & neck...

giving the body roundness like homer simpson, look at a homer model sheet to see what I mean.

the joint on the robot thing are followed though and go round behind the kids body and at the arms, these are like the tops of a bottle.

eye line is at the circle in the centre of the body so i rounded the bottom of the robots body the other way and to finish of gave some detail to create shape and rounded the arm sockets.

details to the wires are suggested...

hope it helps...

So for my first short I used other peoples sound effects. Do I need to make my own? Or is it just for animations that need voices?

The site flashcartoons showed you is very helpful, they have tons of sound effects.

Right now, you don't need to create your own sound effects, especially if you're working by yourself.

For voices, you will probably have to record your own. Unless you find an audio clip of the exact words that you want for your production.

The pandas aren't bad. As far as Mickey goes, you should definitely look into some model sheets...

...and... I SEE NO CONSTRUCTION!!!

With Mickey it's all about construction in his head. That's how you get the placement right.

I think you're definitely improving. Be quicker and loose with your drawings as well. It looks like your strokes are extremely small and super sketchy.

I totally agree with Andrew, although he's getting a right little smarty pants too....lol

where's the construction? think about 'on Model' & push yourself. spend more time on each drawing and get the most out of it, correcting errors is key.

I like the panda! Good inking! I think something about the front leg looks off, but I'm not sure what it is...

I like the design, you should try animating him!

Nice! Watch the crotch, it currently just ends. Generally you want the legs to connect to the body more, or they feel flat. Even a little extra line indicating not just a point will help. Did you mean for the arms to be that long? They're pretty long. I do like it, though.

Hi Kaito,

Good animation! Only thing I'm noticing is he changes weight multiple times.

if you could, please repeat the animation, it goes by very fast.

What I could tell is that your movements and poses look good except for the last one, he just jumped like 6 feet for a massive dunk, when he lands he's probably gonna have to take a few steps to regain balance and composure

Your volumes change a lot throughout the animation (as Andrew mentioned). If you look at the first and last frame, the player is shorter and his legs are tinier.

Definitely a lot better than the last animation we saw.
