Here's my new vBlog dedicated to common questions I receive. Not sure how often I'll do these still. Maybe weekly or daily even, all depends on the emails.
If you guys have questions that you feel I could help with, you can PM me, reply to this post or email me up at greg at animationforum.net |

Lol @ your dog's parting snore in that last one.
Cool videos. The second one on focus resonates most for me and you talk about a lot of points I agree with (specifically sleep and exercise!!!!). But I'd like to add that turning off the internet (if it's possible) is also a good thing. It's a great resource, but damn if it isn't an almost inescapable trap for habitual procrastinators like myself! I'm still yet to master this.

You have adopted a brilliant way to answer questions which people ask about animation. Video blogging is a great tool for Animated Video Production. Hoping to hear from you soon when you come up with the new video blog.

I draw...
|
"But...but...I wasn't born with it"
From an artist's standpoint- my thought... Actually none of us were - in a way. But, we did develop it very early on, it was natural. Then, along came school and screwed it up for most of us (not all). We began concentrating on math, reading and writing instead of art. Would have been nice to keep the crayons for the next 12 years, lol. Then a few of us picked it up again, probably in later elementary or jr. high school. Of which maybe 95% decided they can't draw and moved elsewhere while 5% hammered away at it- yeah, I'm guessing at the numbers. Then 2% of the five decided they would much rather have an income later in life so they followed other things. So, if you're in the remaining 3%, that means you are either terribly stubborn, gluten for punishment or you have the wisdom and strength to see things through, to follow one thought from synapse to media. Which ever, pat yourself on the back, you belong to an exclusive club.
