I like the overall movement a lot Pixel, nice work

You might want to stagger the swinging of the arms a little bit though, unless you've got a certain look in mind. But it's got a great "cartoony" feel

I still think that's rad Pixel. *wobblewobblewobble*

Meself, I made a craptastic animated avatar in photoshop today. Woo.

Yes, it really is just that big...

I really need to practice flames, but they are confusing me

Thanks! I tried moving the arms opposite of each other, and the shoulders likewise, but it really mucked things up and made it too confusing looking. I'm going to accept my limitations and go with this version!
I can't remember if you said you had the book "Timing for Animation", Bleu, but here is something that might be helpful...or more confusing!

http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m...6/scan0002.jpg need to try this myself!

Red face

great work all of you guys!
i decided I'll post my little something. I call this jumpin' sticky and swingin' balls I suggest you watch 4 times.
1. to see what I mean by the following 3 times
2. watch just jumping ball
3. just sticky ball (flying one)
4. swinging one...cos that's the order i was making this and I didn't really know where i'm going :P

very nice cycle! the only problem I see with it is that the knees dont raise up high enough so It looks like the lower leg gets shorter. nothing else that hits me though c:

1uc: Thanks man, No these aren't for AM, we haven't even got to the ball bounce in class yet, hehe.

Tyokio: Thanks you, I see what your saying. Especially with the Blue leg.

Hey Terro, nice walk cycles, specially the second one. The pivot point of legs (the pelvis) moves in nice arc motion, but the knees goes in more flat line motion, perhaps a bit arc motion on knees (and legs), like says tyokio, rise the knees Only a comment mate. Nice work !

Hello AF? Not been here in a while. How are you? Good? Yeah me too.
I've come 'cos I wanna get back in THA GAME y'know? I hadn't so much as even drawn 2 frames of something for almost 8 months before the other day:

Yeah yeah, I know it's not much to go singin' and dancin' about, but it did make me remember how much I love to animate. Need to get back into the swing of things.

I think I might just hang around a bit longer and see if I can't get inspired by other people's work on here...

Yeah man, cool stuff indeed! Didn't you say in another thread you were just working with stickmen? (maybe I'm confusing you with someone else)

Either way, great job, keep it up!

You weren't confusing me with someone else. The stickmen is just to do with a project I am working on. The trailer should be out soon. Thanks for the comment.
